20 Years Ago, I :
1. Took a trip out west with my whole family in the station wagon.
2. Fell in love with the Canadian Rockies
3. Began to love the Beach Boys
4. Played with my Cabbage Patch Kids and my brothers' Tonka Trucks
5. Had my first big birthday party

15 Years Ago, I :
1. Received my favorite bear, P.J., as a Christmas present from my nephew
2. Started playing trombone
3. Started playing soccer
4. Was in my cousin's wedding
5. Had a birthday party at a roller skating rink!

10 Years Ago, I :
1. Spent lots of time with my high school boyfriend
2. Helped make a silly video with my friends
3. Went to Governor's School for the Sciences
4. Took the amazing American Studies class
5. Played trombone in marching band

5 Years Ago, I :
1. Graduated from undergrad
2. Came to grad school
3. Met the guy who is now my fiance
4. Spent time visiting my family
5. Looked through the 61" telescope for the first time

3 Years Ago, I :
1. Started dating my fiance
2. Visited Chaco Canyon, Petrified Forest, and Painted Desert
3. Saw the Grand Canyon for the first time
4. Went backpacking for the first time
5. Spent the first big holiday (Thanksgiving) away from my parents

1 Year Ago, I :
1. Had chicken cordon bleu, made by my fiance, for my birthday
2. Visited Caverns of Sonora
3. Walked around Presque Isle with my mom
4. Went to my friend's wedding in Texas
5. Went snorkling for the first time in Mexico

Yesterday, I :
1. Had Pad Thai for my birthday
2. Spent the evening role playing with my friends :)
3. Had carrot cake that my mom *mailed* me!
4. Had a cup of tea from the card my mom sent
5. Talked to my parents, 2 of my brothers, my sister-in-law and the kids, and my love

Today, I :
1. Had lunch with my advisor
2. Talked to my other brother, who forgot about yesterday
3. Will go home and have dinner with the cats
4. Set up meetings for tomorrow
5. Tried to buy a plane ticket with frequent flyer miles, but couldn't. Grrr...

Tomorrow, I :
1. Have my meetings
2. Run an astronomy outreach activity for some Brownie Girl Scouts
3. Go to a pot luck with church friends
4. Anticipate seeing P. on Friday!
